This Leica TCRA1103 is a late model (mfd 2004) Extended Range Reflectorless instrument. It is paired with a lightly used Getac PS33 6 col lector. Your choice of so ftware – MicroSurvey FieldG enius or Ca rlson SurvCE. We have checked it out, cleaned it, and provided a calibration. The instrument is loaded with features and that make it good for an all -purpose robot and it can effective be used for boundar y or other tradi tional uses. Dual displays and dual endless tangents make it per fect for doubling angles, the laser plummet makes set up a breeze, electronic guide lights (EGL) assist in stake-out, and the visible laser pointer helps in many situations (sighting, ref le ctorless aiming). We’ve updated this system a little from the original TCPS radios and RCS controller. Now it is running a long-range Bluetooth radio with extended battery pack (20+hrs runtime) and long-range antenna. The radio is “paired ” w ith the data collector and getting communication up and running is as simple as pluggin g in the Bluetooth radio at the gun and then turning the GeoCom mode on (2 quick button s). Then the col lector will connect as soon as the software is starte d and you will be off and running with either the powerful SurvCE or FieldGenius software (your choice, let us know). The PS336 is a nice box, rated IP68, with 1GHz processo r, class 2 Blueto oth, touch- screen, keypad, rear-facing camera, internal GPS, e -compass, altimeter. Between th e collector and the long-range Bluetooth radio at the instrument we have tested the range out to 1,150 feet with line of sight; if you need more range we can add a long-range Bluetooth cap to the data collector a t an additional cost. All in all, t his robotic system is in good working condition a nd tests out as it should. All you need to do is a field calibration when you get it and then it should be ready for years of work. In addition, both instrument batteries are new as well as the charger and the aftermarket prism. The only things not provided are a tripod, prism pole, or bipod.
