This total station data collector controller powers on, the buttons are responsive, the display is bright and readable. This controller passed all its power on self tests without errors. Due to the lack of special expertise and corresponding equipment no further testing was done. Physically, this equipment has scratches & scuffing from normal use along with labels, label residue and faded writing. NOTE: The power supply / charger are not included.
