Deposits (Cash or Card) & Hire charge must be provided in advance (full receipt provided). To a hire contract the hirer accepts all responsibility for any cost incurred in rectifying any loss damage or theft that occurs whilst the equipment is on hire. Any damage to equipment must be reported to our depot. Cancellations made less than three days before the agreed hire period start date will incur a 30% charge of the total hire cost. Customers who do not return hire goods will be pursued for their full value. Action will be taken if necessary. The hirer is responsible for the costs of returning the hire goods to Sealand Survey Centre on or before the date agreed. Sealand Survey Centre reserves the right to charge additional hire charges for any hire.
